THE CONCEPT

We are all Mobsters. Collectively we are The Mob. We Mobsters stand up for what we believe in. We often have left or right field views and we don't mind sharing them. We abide by the Mob’s Rules, and together, no matter the Mobster, big or small, famous or rookie, the Mob doth Rule all.

For some, the stage means a chance to influence and exert their powers; for others a stage is an opportunity to impart wisdom, and for the little more mischievous, the environment presents good sport, the seeking of the scalp and prize. Whatever your motivation, you can be you at Mob Rules. In fact, we The Mob demand it. Unlike any other media platform currently available, you must be real and true to yourself to participate.

When we Mobsters disagree on a topic statement, we ‘clash’. A Clash is a challenge based on a single topic statement. One Mobster agrees with the statement. Another Mobster disagrees with the statement. The two Mobsters clash and ‘have it out’.

The Mob settles the dispute. Mobsters influence the outcome by 'egging on' and 'shouting' for the clashing Mobster they find most convincing. Whichever clashing Mobster gets the most shouts wins.

Clashing Mobsters can earn ‘fuel’ during the Clash. As a mark of Mob respect, the losing clashing Mobster forfeits any fuel received during the Clash to the winning clashing Mobster.

Mob Rules is a Global Court of opinion. We can’t promise outright justice but we can promise an illumination of common opinion and the potential for collective enlightenment. Mob sentiment will be on show for everyone to see. Good luck Mobsters. Get clashing!
