Cristiano has been studying and practicing Taoist meditation for more than 25 years and teaches in Milan at the Tao Center (more information on taocenter.it). He was one of the youngest Senior Teachers of Master Mantak Chia's International Healing Tao with multiple certifications in 1998 and 2002 as an Internal Alchemy teacher. He studied with different teachers both in the West and in the East experimenting with healing qi gong, ba gua and also some Buddhist techniques that have many points in common with Taoist practice.

In the last fifteen years, however, also thanks to the most recent studies in China and the in-depth analysis of his personal practice, he has preferred to devote himself to a much more traditional approach. His practice and his teachings focus on the practice of Inner Vision (neizhao) typical of the most ancient tradition of Nei Dan. A practice aiming to the achievement of a calm mind and stripped of all those "new age" frills typical of western approach. An essential condition for the practice of Internal Alchemy to be carried out effectively and without risks.
