Landlord Biz is designed by a Landlord for a Landlord or property manager. I tried many other app’s and always found them to be missing certain key components. Landlord Biz contains all the functions needed to track tenants, properties, rents, and expenses for the small landlord with 1 or 2 units to large landlords with 50+ units. The dashboard gives a quick and easy snapshot of the current month’s activity and the YTD activity with quick entry functions for payments. Menu screen is easy to use and navigate. Standard functions include: add and modify properties, add and modify tenants and leases, add and modify expenses, add and modify payments, create reports, backup and restore data via drop box. UNIQUE functions include: ability to take partial payments, ability to renew lease with modified terms, ability to add expenses to be charged to tenant or absorbed by the building, ability to sms text or email receipts or expense notifications to tenants, ability to sms text or email rent due reminders to tenants, ability to add lease expiration reminders for landlord, ability to store contractor information, comprehensive and useful reports to be viewed both in app or emailed in excel format to be used for you, your attorney, your accountant etc.
