Mofiz is the ticket to your paperless journey with CIMB Niaga. Now you can perform most of administrative tasks and seek for approvals via an online & real-time platform which will revolutionize the way we do things:
- Paperless forms: no more missing documents!
- Real-time processing: faster turnaround time!
- Online audit trails: better transparency with document tracking and SLA monitoring!
- Accessible via web and smartphones: tasks can be performed anytime anywhere!
Features:
1. Request for approvals online via Mofiz’s request templates or create your own via a free-format e-memo approval request
2. Receive real time notifications for any updates on tasks requested by/assigned to you
3. Use the search bar to navigate through your previous requests or even viewing your co-workers
4. Read company notifications and leave comments on the Wall section
5. Monitor the status of each task real-time via the Progress bar
6. Auto Reassignment: If you are going on leave, you can automatically reassign all tasks to your delegation.
7. Supervisor View: Keep track of your subordinates tasks and activities
8. Secretary View: If you are assigned as a secretary, you can view your supervisor’s non-confidential memos & task and help out your supervisor to reassign, request additional review, and even leave comments.
