Digital Logbook
Are you using spreadsheets or complicated software for your hotel logbook?
RHS has a digital logbook to get all entries save and secure. You can add comments to each and every logbook entry but it does not stop there.
Sometimes a picture says more than 1000 words, so you can also attach images to each logbook entry.
Who has created an entry or updated it? The RHS logbook keeps track of all the entries.

Security Tours
Everybody wants to maintain a secure and clean hotel. To do so it is necessary to perform security tours across the building. To make that task even easier RHS gives you Security Tours. It is no longer required to have a pen and paper with you.
Create tours through your hotel and keep track of all issues. To each tour stop, a comment can be added as well as images. Thanks to simple reporting management can see who and when tours have been performed and address any issues upfront.
NFC Tags are supported as well to make sure a tour is taken the exact steps. Assign NFC tags to each tour stop and scan them with the app to mark them as completed.

Contacts
A hotel can have many address books but should not all important contacts be in one place for all employees. With contacts, you can have that core information available with phone number, E-Mail address, and more information in a simple way.

Procedures

We think it is RHS Lost & Found with having pictures for each item, where it was found by whom, when, and where it is stored. If guests check with the hotel you simply can search for the item they might have lost in the hotel online in RHS. It never has been easier to maintain Lost & Found.

Board
A lot of hotels have boards where employees can pin stuff. How about a digital board on which employees can pin little notes. That can be an internal announcement, looking for an apartment, or the next great idea how to improve the hotel operations.
