Don’t worry there is a schedule feature you can use in the app to help remind you when it’s time to drink up.

Keeping an eye on Calorie intake is something you can also do with the app.

By inputting your Sex, Age, Weight, Height, and the level of activity you do a suggested daily calorie amount is provided. You then input the amount of calories per meal and the app will let you know if you exceeded your daily amount and provide you with a chart to see how your doing.
