A simple, straight-to-the-point interval timer app created just for combat sports athletes! From boxing to MMA to Muay Thai, you name it.

Customize your timer by choosing the length of every round, the length of every break, when the warning bell should ring, and how many total rounds you are going to be training for!

At the end of each round and break, the bell play a ring sound to tell you that the time is up and it is now time to transition into the next round/break. For the warning bell, a clapper sound would play telling you that the round is about to end! Your iPhone will also vibrate when each sound is played if you turned the function on in the settings page of the app. The sounds and vibrations will all play along with your background music! The screen background will also change at the end of each round/break to help you distinguish which mode is in session!
