Understanding what really makes us happy can be a complete mystery. Sentas is here to help you take back control.

What is special about Sentas?

How does Sentas help?

The free app allows you to track your life using preset questions in six categories: Me/Health/Relationships/Activities/External/Intake. By modelling the data, the free version allows you to see what has a positive effect on you so that you can make choices to increase your sense of happiness.

The full version enables you to remove questions that do not apply e.g. smoking, worship or, for those users in California, the impact of a rainy day :). It also allows you to create your own questions to give you personalized insight. The full version also provides additional data on what detracts from your happiness. So, Sentas empowers you to make informed choices within your own lifestyle and beliefs.

Why was Sentas created?

We all want to be happy. Sentas started off as a sleepless night. A feeling of discontent without any specific root cause. A realization by one of our founders, that he wasn’t particularly happy but also that he didn’t know what would make him happy. He then asked 50 friends and relatives what made them happy. Every single one responded in the same way “Oh I don’t know... I think it’s something to do with....” but none of them knew. Sentas was created to help you find out exactly what affects you so you can make changes to your life to take control of your happiness.
