We use specially designed, spring loaded equipment to assist you to correct faulty movement patterns through neuromuscular re-education. Exercises are progressed to challenge strength, endurance and dynamic stability, fully integrating movement of the spine with the extremities to achieve optimal performance. In small classes run by a Physiotherapist, both gentle and challenging movements allow you to increase your overall health & physical agility, including spine decompression with zero compression yoga – namely, by using inversions or “upside down” hanging, as one of many movements in the class.
