Talk Like POTUS

Given two random words or phrases, come up with a message that sounds like it came from the president. POTUS BOT will then assign you a score based on how likely the message was to have come from the man himself.

The higher score between you and your opponent wins the round and earns a trophy; the first player to 4 trophies wins the game! Don't worry, you can always rematch!
