In addition, multiple devices can be synchronized to exercise various parts of the body at the same time.

According to different connection models, three training methods are provided, allowing users to choose training intensity and rhythm according to their own needs.

The current user’s exercise history can be obtained through the App’s achievement page, including the achievement rate of each training goal and the total exercise time.
