This app was created to provide an exceptional level of coaching by Justin Swinney to a select group of individuals.

If you are paying a coach hundreds of dollars a month, you should expect a minimum of a graduate degree in the field of exercise science or sports science, years of credible experience, attention to detail, and much more than basic word documents or emails of diet plans and workouts. Your coach works for you, and you should be able to ask any question necessary to understand the mechanisms behind the process. If your coach can't explain the science behind his decisions, then he or she probably doesn't understand the science. Do NOT blindly follow an undereducated coach that won't take the time to explain his methods. If someone says, follow the process because I say so... RUN.

CHAMP Performance Training is operated by Justin Swinney.

He has a Master's Degree in Health Promotion and Human Performance with over 20 years of experience (1-on-1 Training, small group training, and sports team strength/conditioning). He owns and operates a 24/7 Gym in Madison, Alabama, called CHAMP Performance Training, 24/7 Gym. He has been a certified NPC Judge since 2007 and has coached thousands of 1st place NPC champions, with some earning their rank of IFBB Pro status. During his time in college (bachelor's degree and master's degree), he competed as an NPC bodybuilder (2005 NPC Greater Knoxville Classic, 1st Place Novice, and Overall Novice. 2007 NPC Alabama State Championships, 1 Place Open Middleweight.). If you are looking for a hyper-educated coach with years of experience that pays attention to all the details, then the CHAMP Performance Training app is for you.
