When a customer is successfully logged into the app, he is allowed to make a selection from the list of items displayed. There is an option where customers can search their desired item if available. The customer is required to tap on the selected item on the screen thereby presented with list of tickets to choose from.

The customer can select one or multiple tickets and make payment. Each ticket has a price tag to tell the customer how much he has to spend per ticket. Customers cannot choose a ticket that has been chosen already.

Behind one of the tickets is an indication of a win which is generated randomly by the system hence the lucky winner is revealed after all the slots have been purchased. An sms is sent with a code to the winner to come for the item.
The losers are notified as well and asked to try again.
