The Pick-A-Mood scale has been tested and proved an easy and effective way for people to QUICKLY IDENTIFY MOODS.
EASY TO USE EVENTS
The app comes with over 80 built in events, that are color-coded and arranged by type. Start by tracking a few events, and expand as you get more familiar with the app. Additional events, like medications, work , social interactions may be useful for better understanding of mood disorders.
BETTER SLEEP TRACKER
Research has shown that SLEEP PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE IN DEPRESSION. Sleep disruptions both start and perpetuate manic episodes in bipolar patients. With sleep tracker, you get to see the quality of your sleep, visually represented on your mood history.
With Better Mood Tracker, you can TRACK EVENTS OVER NIGHT - mark your dreams, your partner snoring or the neighbors baby crying and keeping your awake half the night. The actigraph calculates how long it took you to fall asleep. Seeing real sleep onset times helps reduce anxiety about insomnia, and fall asleep faster.
BETTER MOOD HISTORY - with HOUR BY HOUR data
Mood history shows all data in your app with little colored icons. Each icon stands marks the time of an event in your life. Look at the sequence of icons to see how events in your life follow each other.
History shows up to 16 days x 24 hours of data on a single screen, enough to see long-term patterns in your life.
ROTATE history to landscape mode.
Pinch to ZOOM in/out on important data.
Use FILTER to see relevant data, like Medications and Sleep, or Food and Exercise.
TAP on a row to see day details.
You even learn about your CIRCADIAN RHYTHM and whether you are a day or night person.
CUSTOMIZE EVENTS
Less typing, more visual. Rate your events on X-Y scale, like TASTE and portion SIZE for food.
Connect your events to Moods:

Remember how events in the past affected you, and you can predict how events in the future will.
SMART REMINDERS
It's simple. Over 20 days the app sends you 3 reminders a day in such a way that at the end you get a complete hour by hour history.
Reminders are scheduled with awakening and cancelled after bedtime.
