STEP FORWARD WITH US Change is occurring at an ever increasing rate and 
is affecting us all in a number of ways. We all must work together, share 
ideas and collaborate on opportunities to successfully adapt and grow. Last 
year we jump started our evolution by aligning our actions and teams to 
provide a greater customer experience. We actively listened to your 
feedback through surveys, focus groups and marketplace meetings. We will 
continue gathering your valuable input as a base for implementing new 
programs and delivering creative solutions. The focus of the Manitou 2019 
dealer meeting will be to expand upon this dialog. We encourage you to come 
join us and be part of the discussion and ensure that your voice is part of 
expanding this conversation. Our goals are to celebrate our shared 
achievements, deepen our valued relationships and expand our collaboration,
