AOC VB Team allows you to send customized workouts straight to your team and track their results. Select drills from our library or record and upload your own and organize them into a structured training session, sending the workout straight to your athletes’ app so they can start training immediately. Want to send different training to different athletes? Create individualized workouts for different positions or levels. Using any combination of drills and workouts in our library, you can have your team making progress on all the right things, even when you’re not in the gym.

Organize and Communicate with Ease
Keep your whole team on the same page with the app’s schedule and reminder notifications that sync to your phone’s calendar. Use the chat room to communicate changes to practice times, send reminders about what to bring to a tournament, or check in to see how training is going. The brainpower behind the app includes some of the biggest names in volleyball: John Dunning, retired head coach at Stanford University and 5x NCAA Champion; Jim Stone, former head coach at The Ohio State University and current head coach for the US Girls’ Youth National Team; and Terry Liskevych, former head coach for the US Women’s National Team.
