SIMPLE SERVICE SCHEDULING
Use the Loop app to schedule your vehicle maintenance at your preferred shop or dealership. Loop is partnered with over 50 shops and dealerships in Northern Nevada to give you the best selection of trustworthy service providers. Simply choose your preferred shop or dealership, choose the vehicle you’d like repaired or serviced, choose the services you’d like performed on your vehicle, choose your appointment details such as date, time, pickup location, and dropoff location, and we will take care of the rest.

PROCESS UPDATES
Notifications and updates will be provided during your vehicle maintenance process. We will update you when your vehicle is picked-up, delivered, and finished being serviced or repaired. We will then provide you with updates when your vehicle is picked-up from your preferred shop or dealership, and delivered back to you!

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY
Deliveries can be performed with key pickup for no additional cost. Just add your key pickup instructions under “special instructions”. Provide the necessary instructions to your Loop driver, and you will be alerted when your vehicle is picked-up!

SCHEDULE DELIVERIES
Advance ordering allows you to schedule and plan your vehicle maintenance and pickup and delivery around your schedule, when it's most convenient for you.
