NMS Pole Fitness Moves

A mobile app created for the 'every day' poler - one who maybe isn't super bendy or has a washboard stomach! There are over 500 pole dance moves ranging from a basic seat to a super chest press. There are tips on each move to help guide you, as well as full demonstration videos. You can use this app to find inspiration for new moves or variations on old ones, but always make sure you are safe if you are learning at home. Moves are not graded by difficulty simply because everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, but you can search by category and even put moves into a 'favourites' list. Please note that moves may be called different things at different studios, and it is always best to seek advice or training from an instructor.
