Like any other coach, Smart Coach helps optimize your training to reach your goals with weekly-mileage suggestions, planning a healthy and gradual long run progression and reviewing your recent training to recommend beneficial next runs.

What sets Run Roulette apart from many other fitness and training apps is that while Smart Coach provides adaptive suggestions for your training based on current running metrics, the choice of what to run each day is up to YOU!
