EN. Salaj: Tara Silvaniei! App is a tourist application administered by Salaj Plus and is dedicated to the Salaj County area, in Romania.

It is aimed at both tourists and locals with various interests that are offered detailed information on most attractive POIs and events in the area, as well as on existing local services (accommodation, restaurants, bars, tourist info points and offices).

The content is updated real-time and is continuously subject to improving in order to provide accurate and relevant info.

The current version of the Salaj: Tara Silvaniei! App contains the following themes:
- Accommodation: places in Salaj County that offer accommodation to tourists;
- Culture & Leisure: places in Salaj County that offer cultural and leisure activities;
- Events: events that take place in Salaj County;
- Food & Drink: places in Salaj County that serve food and drink;
- Local producers: a source of healthy food;
- Stories and legends: interesting stories related to a certain place;
- Salaj map: contains a offline static map of Salaj County;
- Useful information: official tourist info points and offices where a tourist can get information on what to see and to do in Salaj County, Salaj Plus, hospitals and pharmacies;
- Craftsmen: local craftsmen specialized in ceramic and stone, wood carving and sculpture, straw weaving, sewing, etc ;
- Routes: thematic routes and points along the routes that can guide the user across the most interesting areas of the county

All POIs may contain relevant information (photos, text, address, telephone and phone number with the possibility to call using the call function of the device, email address with the possibility to send a message using the email function of the device, website, opening hours, location of the POIs shown on Google maps, routing options)

Alphabetical and by distance sorting options are implemented. Also, various filtering options are available, according to the type of POIs.

The GPS is used to calculate the distance from the user location to the POI in order to be used with Google Routing.

RO. Salaj: Tara Silvaniei! App este o aplicatie turistica administrata de Salaj Plus, menita sa promoveze zona judetului Salaj, Romania.

Aplicatia este destinata atat turistilor, cat si localnicilor carora le sunt oferite informatii referitoare la cele mai atractive puncte de interes si evenimente din zona, la servicii (cazare, restaurante, baruri, puncte si birouri de informatii turistice).

Versiunea actuala de Salaj: Tara Silvaniei! App contine urmatoarele teme:
- Cazare: unitatile de cazare din judet;
- Cultura si Timp liber: locatiile din zona judetului Salaj care ofera activitati culturale si de relaxare;
- Evenimente ce au loc in judetul Salaj;
- Restaurante si Baruri: locatii din judetul Salaj unde se poate servi masa;
- Producatori locali: intotdeauna o sursa de hrana sanatoasa;
- Povesti si legende: povestiri interesante legate de anumite locuri din judet
- Harta Salaj: o harta offline statica a judetului Salaj;
- Turism: birourile si punctele de informatii turistice din Salaj, Salaj Plus, spitale si farmacii;
- Obiective Turistice: punctele de interes ce merita vizitate;
- Mestesugari specializati in cermamica si modelarea pietrei, impletituri paie sau nuiele, sculptura in lemn, tesut/cusut; etc
- Rute: rute tematice si puncte de-a lungul rutelor care pot ghida utilizatorul prin zone de maxim interes din Salaj

Toate punctele de interes pot contine detalii precum: imagini, text, adresa, telefon cu posibilitatea de apelare directa, adresa de email cu posibilitatea de a trimite mesaj, website, orar, locatie pe Google maps si optiuni de navigatie.

Toate elementele pot fi sortate alfabetic sau dupa distanta. De asemenea, se pot folosi optiuni de filtrare, in functie de tipul de punct de interes.

GPS-ul este utilizat pentru a calcula distanta dintre locatia utilizatorului si a punctului de interes si pt a fi utilizat in Navigarea Google.
