The Service Roundtable Coffee Break App is designed to give you an instant look at what employee downtime means to your business. It will quickly calculate how much gross profit is being lost due to non-productive time for your revenue-generators.

It could include any type of downtime and should be reviewed with all employees. This calculator is based on the lost Gross Revenue and Profit opportunity and it only requires you to input four fields: Annual Gross Revenue (either previous or projected), Gross Profit Margin, Number of Revenue-Generating Employees and the Amount of Time Lost in combined minutes.
