With the Sounding Board app you get on-demand coach chat, manager feedback, instant notifications when feedback is given and developmental goal setting and tracking.

We are on a mission to bring 1:1 leadership coaching to all levels of leaders. Our feedback driven approach combines best in class leadership coaches with personalized technology to develop impactful leaders.

You will meet with your coach twice a month over a video call and have access to them on-demand through our app. You will work with your coach on a leadership development plan. Your manager can also give you feedback through Sounding Board so you can discuss it with your coach.
