Tamam App is an application that provides delivery service from anywhere and for anything you want.

With Tamam App, you don’t have to deal with different applications for different services like grocery, cosmetic needs or food. You can bring the city to your door with only one application or send anything you want to the other side of the city just with a click.

You can order anything you need from any shop you want under these categories: grocery, drinks & sweets, food, cosmetic, clothing & accessories, health, pet shop, flower & gifts, technology and stationery. Conversely, you can send any product you bought back to the store by Tamam App. Besides, with the category “Other” you can ask anything from any place you pin on our map like home, park, office, etc.


Why is Tamam App Different?

- Tamam app is the most extensive and flexible delivery application among other similar ones.
- Tamam app doesn’t work only with partner stores but also with non-partner stores. You can order anything you want from non-partner stores as well.
- It doesn’t matter for us if a store doesn’t have delivery service. Our couriers go to any shop you want and buy the product for you, then deliver it to your door.
- The delivery service of Tamam App is not limited with just stores. We can deliver anything from any address you would write to your order.
- If you have anything to send to someone else, you can create an order. Then, we come, pick up your item and deliver it to the address you wish.
- Or, you can ask for delivery between two addresses independent from your location.


How Does Tamam App Work?

REGISTRATION
Tamam App lets you discover the application without compelling you to register. You can sign in when you decide to create an order.

ORDER
The search tab and category buttons on the main screen let you find what you are looking for easily. After you decide on the pick-up location, you would face two different steps. You can choose one of our partner stores as a pick-up location and choose the product you want from their menu. Or you can choose one of our non-partner stores and write down the item you want yourself to your wish list.

TIME
You can set your order time as immediately or on a scheduled moment. Delivery time of a product can vary according to the distance between pick-up and delivery locations, plus shopping time of the courier.

PAYMENT METHODS
Tamam App accepts only online payments for now. You can add multiple cards and choose which one to use in each order. We ensure you that your card information will be saved under special security precautions.

PROMOTIONS
In order to follow up Tamam App promotions, you can keep your Tamam App notifications on, check your email box often and follow us on social media.

ORDER TRACK
The moment your order matches one courier, you can start to track the courier’s location live.

PAYMENT AMOUNT
When the order is completed, your bill will be including two components. If you order any product that courier has to buy, then you will be paying the price of the product you asked and Tamam App delivery service fee. If you ask for an item which doesn’t demand payment, you will be charged only for delivery service fee. Tamam App delivery service fee varies depending on the distance between pick-up and delivery locations.

COURIER SCORING
Immediately after order completion, a courier scoring part will appear in your phone screen. Scoring the courier’s service quality will increase the chance of your next orders on matching with high-rated couriers.

RE-ORDER
You can repeat your previous orders easily with only one click in Tamam App.
