User can order online from our app and get it delivered within 24 hours or shop offline at near by organic retail store by scanning QR code placed in that store.

(i)Order Online

1. Whatever product you want to buy just the enter the name in the search bar, you will get list the product available in the app.
2. Add product to the cart and checkout.
3. You will get the confirmation about your order through email/whatsapp number.
4. Your order will be delivered within 24hrs as it will be picked up from near by retail store.

(ii) Shop Offline at Retail Store.

1. You will get list of organic retail store available near you in the app.
2. Scan the Urbanlyfe QR code placed in the retail store.
3. You will get the list of products available in that retail store in the app.
4. Add products to the cart & checkout online through app.
5. Once your order gets confirmation, take products from the retail store.

For every time you make a purchase from our app, you earn green coins which you can redeem anytime, for any product, for any brand, at any retail store and it never gets expire.
