Then, as you start making changes in your habits, Vire will visually change with them. Vire helps you make daily behaviour changes: small, achievable and fun things that can be done in the course of everyday life.

Activity, Variety, and Social Opportunity, three crucial aspects of your healthy lifestyle, are calculated in near real-time (whenever new data is collected) and visualised in Vire.

The three scores and supporting data, such as the number of steps, and time spent in new locations, are updated throughout the day and stored in a daily and 2-weekly overview.

Personalised Do’s - or behavioural prompts - designed to help you change your habits are sent to you several times a week. These are based on a pre-Do questionnaire and your scores in the three variables.
