Karina Reid is a registered Organisational Psychologist (Health Professions Council) and accredited international Executive Coach (International Coaching Federation). She is also the creator and founder of MyHealth-CODE - a programme which provides a holistic and integrated approach to transformation in behaviour, habits, attitudes, values and lifestyle.

Susan Steinbach, is a registered nurse (B.Cur) with 29 years of expertise in corporate wellness. As an ex-Comrades runner and previous owner of a Run-Walk For life franchise, Susan has many years of experience in the exercise industry. She is also the creator and founder of WAHS, providing wellness and health support to corporate clients.
