We would like to welcome you to Natural Healing Centre; a place for hope, trust, growth, joy and love.

When Heather founded NHC, she had a dream to create a space where healing body, mind & spirit could happen harmoniously; through a team of wellness professionals that care for, and nurture an individual's whole being, so that long-lasting emotional, physical and spiritual changes may take place.

Opening their doors in 2016, NHC was a studio-style therapy office, with Heather at the helm of services and operations. She was one busy lady! NHC became a family business in 2018 when Jessie joined the team to support the expansion of services, and, ultimately to move into a larger centre. Jessie’s background in business management, coupled with her training in Yoga were the perfect complement to the NHC business model.

After many months of searching for the right space, NHC has found its forever home at the Shops at Don Mills where a full schedule of wellness classes will be available, additional holistic services and a retail storefront.

Our anticipated opening is Winter 2018.
