HOW AVA WORKS
A proprietary algorithm drives AVA’s multifamily property valuations. To acquire the information
needed to calculate that valuation, AVA imports data from industry sources and sales and rent comps, as
well as data on the property’s age, condition and characteristics.

HOW AVA CALCULATES A PROPERTY’S VALUE
Simultaneously, AVA deploys five methodologies to calculate a property’s worth. The rich data that AVA
