The Brilliance Collective is a place to engage in compassionate and purposeful personal growth and experience courageous, authentic community whenever and wherever you want.  It is designed with bite-size and in-depth practices that support us in staying connected to our brilliance so we can make our world a better place for everyone.

Amy Lombardo, a veteran life/business coach, author, and yoga teacher, is your guide, helping you cultivate the capacity for change within yourself so that you can ignite possibilities for change in the world around you as well.

In this app, you’ll be guided through various self-inquiry and self-advocacy practices that help you truly know thyself so you can live from that place of deep wisdom within.

And because the deepest kind of transformation comes through understanding brought on by honest engagement with others, the Brilliance Collective also creates opportunities for authentic connection with others through an online community feed, livestreams, hot-seat coaching, incubators, and frequent community classes.

Because we must create possibilities for greater accountability and commitment to transforming our current systems and society in order to really illuminate our brilliance, you’ll also be invited to learn techniques like active listening; build your empathy skills; and recognize and take responsibility for your unconscious biases. You’ll learn how to act from that place that knows and feels our interconnectedness.
