    云医案APP是由中国中医科学院中医药信息研究所研发的中医临床病例智能采集系统，是古今医案云平台实景病案采集的移动终端。配备高精度的语音、OCR识别的智能采集技术，以提高用户在临床侍诊、经验研究中获取文本化病案的效率。病案数据实时同步至古今医案云平台，批量转化为规范的结构型医案数据，结合医案数据挖掘技术，形成集临床采集、术语规范、数据挖掘于一体的服务模式，为名医传承研究工作提供方法。用户可以免费下载、使用。
