wthat's new in 蓝云拓客

根据通讯管理局的要求先做出如下整改：

1. 违法违规收集使用个人信息：
主要是在动态申请权限时仅依靠系统提示没有APP前置提示的问题
整改情况：改成两层确认模式，先使用软件层面提示告诉用户需要申请的权限是什么，以及申请原因，并询问客户是否确认赋权。然后用户确认赋权之后才会向系统层面申请权限。

2. 网络安全问题
密码手机号验证码等信息在传输过程中未加密问题
整改情况：针对所有涉及到密码等敏感信息的接口，已升级接口将所有字段进行了加密处理。
