How To Apply Electronic Invoice

Electronic invoice is a new form of tax invoice, which has been accepted by many enterprises and consumers because of its convenient and fast, easy to distinguish authenticity and not easy to lose. So how to apply for e-invoice in PGYER? Follow the procedure below:

  1. On the My app page, go to Invoice through Account Settings
  2. Click on the Invoice information page to apply for invoice
  3. Select the top-up and consumption record to apply for the invoice, and click Next
  4. On this page, enter the invoice title, tax number, contact information and other information according to the prompts, select Electronic Invoice, and then click Submit
  5. After submission, you can view the invoice application record, and also view and edit the invoice information. Note: When the invoice status is Pending, the user can modify the invoice information, and other states cannot be modified.
  6. After the invoice is issued successfully, an email reminder will be sent, and users can preview and download the e-invoice in Invoice information.
