Application Payment

If your application contains paid items (including but not limited to in app purchases, automatic renewal services, etc.), you should provide users with a secure payment mode, and the payment information should be clear and obvious, without providing any information that may mislead users. You should also provide thoughtful support services to users to ensure a better user experience.

The price indicated within the application must be consistent with the actual price paid by the user, and there must be no automatic deduction, hidden deduction, or induced payment behavior. Payment information should be prominently displayed to prompt users and obtain clear confirmation from them, including but not limited to:

  1. During the payment process, users need to confirm their purchase and payment separately;

  2. For those who have opened a membership or provided services through automatic renewal or automatic renewal, they must be prominently prompted to the user and obtain their consent. They are not allowed to default to selecting, deceiving, inducing, or forcibly binding the subscription.

If an application provides in app payment, it is necessary to clearly and accurately state the terms and pricing of the user's in app payment, and provide clear, accurate, reasonable, and complete payment information. There must be no false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Including but not limited to:

  1. If membership services are provided within the application, it is necessary to clearly and prominently state the product features, rights, fees, and other content. Without explicit expression, it is not allowed to add restrictive conditions during the provision of product services, and use this as a reason to terminate the user's normal use of product features and services, or reduce the service experience.
  2. If automatic renewal purchase options are provided within the application, continuous value must be provided to users, and the automatic renewal service agreement (such as "Automatic Renewal Service Terms") and instructions and procedures for terminating the automatic renewal service must be clearly displayed in a prominent position on the product purchase or subscription payment interface.
  3. If the application provides a mechanism for randomly selecting items for payment (such as in-game item extraction, purchasing lottery blind boxes, etc.), the extraction rules and the probability of obtaining each type of item must be clearly stated in a prominent location (such as the payment interface) before the user makes the purchase.

Developers need to ensure that the application contains genuine and valid contact information, so that users can easily contact you when they have questions or support issues, including but not limited to online customer service, phone number, email, etc. And you should respond promptly and handle user issues and feedback.
