What is user feedback?

User feedback refers to the function that the user can submit feedback to the developer in the download sheet after the developer manually opens the application under the account. User feedback can help developers to easily collect the problems encountered by users in the process of use and solve them in time.

How do I enable user feedback?

To enable user feedback, perform the following steps:

1. Select an app from my apps
2. Click to open App Settings page
3. Find the user feedback option and select turn on

Do I charge for the user feedback feature?

At present, there is no charge, and it can be used when the application is normally published.

How do users submit feedback?

1. The user opens the download page
2. In the user feedback form on the page, fill in the information in the form and submit it

How can I not receive user feedback?

1. The user feedback function is turned off by default, and only after it is manually turned on, the developer can receive feedback submitted by the user;
2. If the developer has turned on user feedback, it can be turned off in the App Settings, after which it will no longer receive user feedback

Manage user feedback

In the management page of the application, click "Feedback" to enter the feedback page of the application, and you can manage and view user feedback on the page.

Adds feedback directly in the background

In the application feedback list page, click Add feedback button to enter the page for adding feedback. After filling in the feedback information, you can upload the screenshot at the same time, and then click Submit to add a feedback information. After adding successfully, return to the list page.

Feedback processing

You can select the feedback check box on the application feedback list page to process the feedback status. For example, you can change the feedback status to processed in batches.
