Apply the complaint Handling guidelines

This document describes the application scope and operation methods of application complaints. After reading this document, you can experience the functions.

Scope of application

  1. Applicable object: This function applies to all removed applications
  2. Application status: The current application is being removed from the shelf

Reason for removal

  1. The system is missealed;
  2. Antivirus system intercept;
  3. Lack of relevant qualifications for special industry applications;
  4. The application cannot register an account due to functional problems (you should submit valid and available account and login information so that we can complete the review of your application.) ;
  5. The application content contains politically sensitive, pornographic, gambling, lottery, piracy, VPN and other serious violations;
  6. If the application is complained of infringement by the right holder and the complained party "accepts the complaint" or the complained party fails to give effective feedback within a reasonable period, PGYER will regard it as an "approved complaint" and remove the application;
  7. The app does not comply with the PGYER App Review Guidelines;
  8. The application shall be removed from the shelves in compliance with the requirements of relevant departments.

Operation guide

Please complete the appeal process on PGYER's official website:

  1. Check the content of the in-station letter/mobile phone SMS/email to understand the reason why the application was removed.
  2. Prepare application appeal materials. This may include screenshots of application content, qualification documents related to specific industries, test accounts that can be logged in to the application, application descriptions, and complaints that the developer does not recognize the removal of the application.

Appeal Entry:

You can choose either of the following two methods

  1. Console - Private test distribution - Removed application - click Appeal. Upload the appeal materials of relevant applications, confirm the submission and wait for review and processing. As shown in the picture below:
  2. You can contact us through the customer service system at the lower right corner of PGYER's official website, and select the option of "App upload/download/remove/report" for application complaints. As shown in the picture below:

Appeal result

  1. The app can be restored after the appeal is successful.
  2. If the appeal fails, you can appeal again according to the reasons for the failure.
