Whether you're just starting or looking to refine your technique, these videos are designed to help you perform your exercises accurately and effectively.

The 'Messages' tab allows you to securely communicate with your Therafit Rehab provider. You can ask questions, share concerns, or provide feedback directly within the app. This feature ensures that you have continuous support throughout your rehabilitation journey.

Celebrate Your Progress

As you complete your exercises, the app rewards you with trophies and medals to celebrate your achievements. These virtual accolades not only motivate you but also provide a sense of accomplishment and progress tracking.

On the 'Awards' tab, you can monitor all your achievements and milestones. It’s a great way to stay motivated and see how far you've come.

Language Options

If you prefer using the app in a language other than English, simply navigate to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages'. From there, you can choose your preferred language option to make your experience more comfortable and intuitive.

Book Appointments

Mark Exercises as Complete

To keep your provider updated on your progress, remember to mark your exercises as complete within the app. This simple step ensures that your provider has real-time updates and can offer timely guidance and support.
