Planning to schedule an appointment with your provider? Head over to the "Appointments" tab for all the necessary details. It’s important to remember to mark each exercise session as "Complete" once you finish it. This step is crucial because it helps your provider stay updated on your progress and ensures that they can adjust your program accordingly.
