How It Works

Veritas Car Sharing allows you to independently select when and what to book, guiding you through the rental process with simple and intuitive instructions. Access your account using your standard company credentials. Select "BOOK" and choose your departure parking spot, travel start and end times, and the type of vehicle you need. Before you depart, you will receive an email with details of the assigned vehicle. To unlock the car, use your smartphone by scanning the QR code printed on the windshield, entering the license plate number, or via Bluetooth commands directly from the Veritas Car Sharing app. The keys will be inside the vehicle. Once your journey is complete, conclude your booking by locking the doors again through your smartphone. This ensures that the vehicle is available for other colleagues.
