Account Center

Profile, security, real-name verification, billing, sub-accounts, notifications, and API information in Dashboard V2.

In Dashboard V2, select the account name or avatar in the upper-right to open the account menu. Choosing Profile, Account Security, Real-Name Verification, Billing Center, Sub-accounts, Notification Settings, or API Info opens the corresponding section of Account Center.

Some sections appear only when the account identity, permissions, verification state, and platform feature flags allow them. For example, Sub-accounts is available only to a main account that can manage sub-accounts, while billing and invoice capabilities depend on the current account.

Profile

Profile manages information shown in the dashboard and team workflows:

  • Account avatar: JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 5 MB;
  • Username: shown in the management center and team collaboration pages;
  • Company or organization;
  • Job title.

Phone number, email, password, and third-party sign-in are managed under Account Security, not Profile.

Account Security

Account Security manages sign-in credentials and verification methods:

ItemCurrent Action
EmailChange the email or resend its activation message. The change code is sent to the new email address
PhoneChoose a country or region code, complete human verification, and confirm with the SMS code sent to the new phone. Changes may be disabled while real-name verification is under review
PasswordEnter the current password and set a new 6–18 character password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and digits
MFA deviceBind, manage, or remove a second-factor device
Third-party accountsManage WeChat, WeCom, and GitHub bindings. Both binding and unbinding require the current login password

After a password change succeeds, Pgyer signs out the current session and requires the new password on the next sign-in. An account that still uses its initial password must change it before binding a third-party account. Third-party bindings belong to the shared identity profile and may affect other products using the same identity service, so review the confirmation dialog before continuing.

Real-Name Verification

The Real-Name Verification section summarizes the current verification type, name, organization, status, and rejection reason. Select Open Real-Name Verification to continue:

  • An unverified account can start a new submission;
  • A verified account normally verifies the current phone number before changing its details;
  • Eligible personal accounts may see Upgrade to Corporate Verification;
  • Accounts verified outside mainland China should follow the verification and document requirements shown on the page.

See Real-Name Verification for document requirements and identity-change rules.

Billing Center

When billing is available, Billing Center can show:

  • The current plan, expiration date, account balance, invoiceable amount, and coupon balance;
  • Purchased download, high-speed traffic, and ad-removal packages;
  • Transactions, orders, invoices, and coupons;
  • Recharge, upgrade, or renewal actions available to the account.

Payment methods, invoice types, and packages vary by account. Follow the options shown on the current page. See Request an Electronic Invoice for the application and claim flow.

Sub-accounts

When the account plan allows it, a main account can manage Sub-accounts:

  1. Select New Sub-account and enter an account name, display name, and initial password;
  2. After creation, select Assign Apps and choose the apps that the sub-account may manage;
  3. Apps that are not selected remain hidden from that sub-account;
  4. Sub-accounts can be deleted in batches, removing the app-management access granted by the main account.

Send the initial password through a secure channel and grant only the apps required for the person's work. The page shows the sub-account limit for the current plan.

Notification Settings and Notification Center

Notification Settings controls the channels used for account, app, and service messages. Email is always listed. SMS and WeChat appear only when the account supports them, and changes take effect immediately. WeChat notifications require a linked account; see Link WeChat to Your Pgyer Account.

The bell in the top bar opens Notification Center, where you can read site notifications and app alerts, open details, mark one or all messages as read, or open the full notification list. Notification Settings controls delivery channels; Notification Center displays messages that already exist.

API Info

After real-name verification, API Info displays the API Key and User Key used by API 2.0, with copy actions and a link to the API 2.0 documentation. Sub-accounts currently do not receive their own API Key.

Resetting the API Key invalidates the old key immediately. Before a reset, inventory CI jobs, scripts, local configuration, and any other automated callers, then update every caller after the reset.

Other Account-Menu Entries
