Pgyer's download pricing rules: free web-page downloads, per-download API pricing, and the size surcharge for large installers.
Pgyer charges differently depending on how an app is downloaded. The rules below are in effect.

Large Installer Surcharge
When the installer is larger than 500 MB, a size-based surcharge applies on top of the API download fee:
- ¥0.05 per 100 MB beyond the 500 MB threshold;
- Rounded up to the next 100 MB.
Worked Example
For a 650 MB app in mainland China, the size surcharge for a single API download is:
- Size over the threshold: 650 - 500 = 150 MB;
- Round up to 200 MB;
- Surcharge: 200 ÷ 100 × 0.05 = ¥0.10.
Notes
- The daily free quota uses server time and resets at midnight.
- Charges are deducted from the account balance in real time when the download happens. Top up via Account Top-up.
- Update checks that redirect users to the app short URL for a web download are not charged the API fee.
- When the balance runs out, paid downloads fail; free downloads keep working.
