What is application expiration?

All apps uploaded on PGYER have an expiration date, during which the App can be downloaded freely. After the expiration date, the App becomes "expired" state. When the App is in the "expired" state, the user cannot download the App, and the system will retain all the information of the App on Pu Gong Ying.

When the application expires, we will remind you in the application list that the current application has expired.

How long is the app's default validity period?

The expiration time of an application is related to the level of the user who published the application. The validity period of the published application is different for different levels of users, specifically see visit PGYER price plan to understand the default validity period of the application.

What to do after the application expires?

After an app expires, the publisher of the app has two ways to renew it:

1. In the Application Management page, click the Renew button to renew (Recommended)
2. Upload a new version of an app that has expired

Application renewal

When the application expires, click "Renew" to extend the validity of the application. Developers also pay attention to the "PGYER developer service platform" public number, can complete through the small program to complete the renewal operation. Renewal steps:

1. Find the expired application in the application list, click Renew;
2. Follow the message displayed in the pop-up window to renew the contract.
3. If the application is renewed successfully, the download resumes.
