Developer behavior

Developers play the most important role in the launch and operation of an app. If you violate the rules, PGYER Developer Service Platform has the right to remove your application and block your developer account, and the developer shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom and all losses incurred by PGYER, including but not limited to the losses caused by PGYER's compensation to the right holder or user, and reasonable expenses incurred as a result. If the application involves infringement of minors, fraud and other illegal content, in addition to taking the above-mentioned measures, we will report to the relevant departments.

  1. The developer shall guarantee the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of all information provided to the PGYER Developer Service Platform, including but not limited to the company name, personal information, identity information, contact number, email address, etc. Developer information should be updated in time if there is any change.
  2. Official non-governmental organizations shall not submit apps involving government affairs, including but not limited to reporting suspected criminal activities and publishing public health events, unless the publisher has obtained full authorization from an official government agency.
  3. Applications that the developer has ceased operation or experience decline may be removed, and the developer must promptly inform the user and the guardian of the child user of the application information that has ceased operation, and stop the collection of personal information and the processing of the personal information held by the developer in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
