In order to provide better services to users, please ensure that your application can provide users with green, unique, and high-quality application content, without any harmful or inappropriate content, including but not limited to application information, application content, application advertising, internet pop-up information (referring to information provided to internet users in the form of pop-up message windows through operating systems, application software, websites, etc.), etc.

Application content not included in category

According to the requirements of laws, regulations, and policies such as the Civil Code, Criminal Law, Cybersecurity Law, Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, Regulations on the Governance of Network Information Content Ecology, Regulations on the Administration of Information Services for Mobile Internet Applications, and Interim Provisions on the Pre installation and Distribution Management of Mobile Intelligent Terminal Application Software, the PGYER Platform temporarily does not include the following types of applications:

1. political issue

• The application shall not contain defamation, personal attacks, or insulting content towards national leaders.
• The application shall not contain anti government or anti social content.
• There must be no political errors in the application.

2. The application contains violent content

• The application shall not contain any defamation, personal attacks, or insults to individuals or groups.
• The application must not contain images or content of humans or animals being killed, abused, or harmed.
• The application should not overly describe violence or child abuse.
• Applications should not make overly realistic descriptions of weapons (such as not involving the manufacturing process and parameters of weapons), and should not encourage illegal or indiscriminate use of weapons.

3. The application contains pornographic content

• The application must not contain pornographic content or excessively display sexual organs, but it is not intended for artistic aesthetics or emotions.
• The application shall not allow users to submit pornographic content, such as allowing users to post pornographic photos, text, etc.
• The use of community, forum, and other functions and modules that allow users to post posts, information, and comment on sexual products mall applications is prohibited.
• Application introductions, screenshots, descriptions, etc. must not contain pornographic content.

4. The application has illegal monetary transactions or contains loan or storage content

• The application shall not have the function of gambling with cash or circulating currency.
• The application shall not contain any loan, storage, discount, overdraft or other loan funds.
• The application shall not contain illegal fundraising, illegal crowdfunding, illegal bidding, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent content, including but not limited to illegal absorption of funds through online lending, investment in equity, entrusted wealth management, financing leasing, investment in "elderly care projects," photovoltaic investment, equity crowdfunding, cloud planting, cloud farming, and other means.
• The application shall not contain illegal financial activities such as virtual currency trading, shopping, payment, and information.
• The application shall not contain illegal activities such as futures and stock allocation leverage.
• The application shall not contain illegal foreign exchange deposit transactions.
• The application shall not contain P2P wealth management related content.

5. Lottery related content

• The application must not contain lottery transaction functions such as purchasing lottery tickets or purchasing lottery tickets on behalf of others.
• The application shall not contain lottery news, lottery information, lottery betting recommendations, or other online information dissemination media for the lottery industry.

6. Content related to blockchain digital currency

The application shall not include token issuance (ICO) financing content, specifically referring to digital currencies, ICO, blockchain wallets, NFTs, etc. Please refer to the Announcement of the Central Cyberspace Administration of the People's Bank of China, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, China Banking Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission, and China Insurance Regulatory Commission on Preventing Financing Risks in Token Issuance, which was released by the People's Bank of China on September 4, 2017

7. Mahjong, chess, and other content

The application shall not include various mahjong gameplay, room cards, etc., including but not limited to fishing video game applications. Electronic gaming equipment with functions such as betting points, returning points, adding points, returning points, refunding coins, returning steel balls, recharging, and rebates should be recognized as electronic gaming equipment with gambling functions. To avoid gambling related applications and reduce user financial losses.

8. VPN (Virtual Private Network) related content

The application shall not be used for illegal "wall climbing", providing VPN "wall climbing" services for profit, or having the function of illegally accessing overseas internet websites.

9. Functions and content related to in-app lottery

• Competitions and lucky draws in applications are not initiated by application developers.
• The competition and lottery activities in the application are not clearly and in detail described in the user agreement.

10. User experience

• The main functions of the application cannot be used without obtaining Root permission.
• The functionality of application design should not be disliked or feared by users.
• Applications should not have content that can cause user discomfort or is relatively vulgar, such as excessive display of bloody and pornographic scenes.
• Any "enemy" role in the application must not target any real race, culture, government or company, as well as any real individual.
• The religious content involved in the application must not have any missing translation or improper use, and there should be misleading behavior. The purpose of using these contents is non educational or inflammatory.
• The application shall not contain content that defames, insults, or attacks a particular religion, culture, or race, or may cause emotional harm to this group of people.

11. Other content

• The application shall not contain illegal content such as forging/altering/buying and selling resident identity cards, social security numbers, passports, diplomas, driver's licenses, and other national official documents or seals.
• The application shall not contain content that encourages illegal use, manufacturing, trading, transportation, mailing, storage of firearms/ammunition/weapons/explosives and other hazardous materials.
• The application shall not contain illegal hunting, killing, or indiscriminate consumption of precious and endangered wildlife under state key protection, or illegal acquisition, transportation, or sale of precious and endangered wildlife and their products under state key protection.
• The application shall not contain illegal or illegal auxiliary filming functions, or sell content of secretly captured images or videos.
• The application shall not include surrogacy counseling, gender screening, sperm and egg supply, illegal trading of sperm and eggs, or any illegal or irregular content related to the drainage of the aforementioned behaviors.

Application content requires submission of qualification type

1. Content of blockchain digital collectibles industry

If the digital collectibles industry application contains functions such as secondary market and resale, corresponding qualifications must be provided, including a business license, a Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate, an APP Electronic Copyright Certificate, or a Software Copyright Certification Certificate (choose one of the three), and an ICP license (Value added Telecommunications Business Operation License).

2. Financial industry content

When the application content involves and belongs to the financial industry, please follow the corresponding instructions in the PGYER Mobile application qualification certification documents. and provide corresponding qualifications based on specific industry types. For banking applications, a Financial License is required.

3. Game Industry Content

Game developers need to submit the following documents as required: business license; Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate, APP Electronic Copyright Certificate, or Software Copyright Certification Certificate (choose one of the three); If the developer who uploads the game is not the copyright owner, a copyright authorization letter must be provided; "ISBN Issuance Form for Online Games" or "Approval for Publishing and Operating Mobile Online Games"; If the developer who uploads the game is not the operating unit listed in the license plate approval document, they need to provide a license plate authorization letter from the license plate operating unit.

Content requirements generated by users within the application

1. You should effectively control the content generated by users, including but not limited to: verifying user account identity information and saving relevant records; Develop a filtering mechanism to prevent and dispose of illegal and harmful information in account names, nicknames, introductions, notes, logos, information releases, comments, and other functions and content, and keep relevant records; Develop a reporting mechanism and respond promptly; Implement service shutdown function and stop providing services to severely violating user accounts; Publish contact information so that users can contact you, etc.
2. Developers are responsible for managing the application community section, and the community section must not contain content that violates laws, regulations, rules, and other provisions.
