Intellectual property

Please ensure that your app and its content are fully proprietary or licensed and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights (including trademarks, Copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights) or other legitimate interests of others.

  1. When using the copyrighted content of others in the App, the developer shall obtain prior authorization and shall not use it without authorization.
  2. Without authorization, the application shall not be a cracked version or Chinese version developed for the copyrighted content of others.
  3. In the absence of legal fair use, the developer shall not use the same or similar trademark of others without authorization, otherwise it may constitute trademark infringement or unfair competition.
  4. The Developer shall not engage in acts of confusion to mislead users into believing that the App and its content are from or specifically related to others (e.g., shall not use the same/similar appearance, name, theme, etc., as other developers' apps in any language).
  5. The App may not sell or promote counterfeit goods.
  6. The application and its content shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others (including but not limited to portrait rights and reputation rights), nor shall it indirectly carry out or participate in infringing acts by encouraging, inducing or helping others.
