At this time, you need to open the new developer mode in iOS, which is as follows:

Enter the "Settings" - > "privacy and security" - > fell to the bottom, in the "security" find "developer mode"

Turn on the Developer Mode switch

After you turn on the switch, you may be asked to restart your iPhone. Please restart your phone. After restarting, it may be confirmed that you open Developer mode, please select Confirm open developer mode.

At this point, iOS 16 is ready to open the adhoc app.
