Authorization Codes and Conditional Distribution Tools
Installation authorization codes, ICP filing, Harmony HSP, and other conditional operations on Dashboard V2 Overview.
Dashboard V2 shows different distribution tools on Overview according to platform, account, install method, and current installer state. A missing entry normally means that the current app does not meet its conditions; it does not imply lost data.
Installation Authorization Codes
Authorization codes grant installation access to selected testers without publishing a shared password. First choose Authorization Code Installation under Settings → App Settings, then return to Overview and open Installation Authorization Codes.
The dialog supports:
- Creating a page-allowed number of codes in a batch;
- Viewing each code's used or unused state and creation time;
- Copying an individual code;
- Exporting all codes or only unused codes;
- Selecting and deleting codes in bulk.
The page displays the per-batch limit and the total unused-code limit; use those current values as the source of truth. Deletion cannot be undone, and a used code should not be distributed again.
ICP Filing
When App ICP filing is required and available to the account, ICP Filing appears on Overview. Open it, enter the entity, responsible-person, app, and access information requested by the page, then save and complete submission or payment according to the current state.
The page can show states such as payment pending, review pending, more information required, filing in progress, completed, or review failed. Edit, payment, and deletion are available only in the states shown by the page. An application awaiting payment or one that failed review can be deleted and entered again.
The ICP number under Settings → App Settings records a number the app has already obtained. ICP Filing on Overview submits and tracks an application. Do not confuse the two. Current page instructions and review notices are authoritative for requirements and fees.
Harmony HSP
When a HarmonyOS installer declares HSP dependencies, Overview shows Harmony HSP with required and uploaded counts.
- Open Harmony HSP;
- Choose Upload HSP and select a
.hspfile; - Upload the number required by the installer and recheck the state;
- If a file is wrong, delete it from the list and upload the replacement.
Deleting an HSP can affect HarmonyOS installation. The entry appears only when the current installer declares dependencies, and uploads cannot exceed the required count.
Apple Business redemption codes use a separate iOS installation flow. See Installing an iOS App with Apple Business Redemption Codes.
