App Management

Install Page Content

Maintain the app description, release notes, FAQ, screenshots, and extended content in Dashboard V2.

Select an app and open the top-level Install Page menu. This menu maintains public-page content; install methods, download enablement, language, and other rules live under Settings → App Settings.

Core Content

EntryPurpose
App DescriptionExplain the app's purpose and primary capabilities
Release NotesMaintain changes for the current build
FAQAdd answers users need during installation or use
ScreenshotsUpload, reorder, or remove images shown on the install page

Screenshots accept JPG, JPEG, and PNG files up to 10 MB each. The page shows the current upload-count limit. After uploading more than one, drag the handle in the upper-left of a screenshot to change the display order.

Languages and AI Translation

App Description, Release Notes, and FAQ can be maintained separately for each language:

  1. Use the language selector to switch to the language you want to edit;
  2. Enter or revise content in the source language;
  3. Choose Translate to Other Languages to generate AI translation drafts;
  4. Inspect terminology, links, and wording in each target language before saving.

AI translation does not publish automatically and must be reviewed before saving. FAQ also supports adding, deleting, and reordering questions, plus Restore Default for the current language. The download-page language under Settings → App Settings controls which page language a visitor sees; it does not translate content that you have not maintained.

Extended Content

Article, video, smart-hardware information, or Agent Assistant entries may also appear. Availability depends on platform, account permissions, and enabled features.

Articles

Open Install Page → Articles and choose New Article. Enter a 1–100 character title, a 4–300 character summary, and a 4–2,000 character body, then save. Each article can be shown or hidden. The install page displays at most three articles at once, and visible articles can be reordered by dragging or with the up/down controls.

Videos

Open Install Page → Videos, choose Add Video Link, and enter a title plus a valid Bilibili or YouTube URL. Only one video can be visible on the install page at a time. The list supports preview, edit, show, hide, and delete.

Smart-Hardware Information

Eligible apps show Smart-Hardware Information. Maintain the companion device, connection method, and user guidance there. Save a draft, preview it, and publish it only after review; disable it when it should no longer appear. Exact fields and actions depend on the current page.

Agent Assistant

Agent Assistant serves visitors on the install page. It is separate from the developer-facing Ask AI in the Dashboard top bar.

  1. Open Install Page → Agent Assistant;
  2. Turn on Enable Agent Assistant;
  3. Optionally enter up to 20,000 characters of app-specific knowledge about installation, sign-in, features, or common questions. The base capability remains available when this field is empty;
  4. Save, then verify answers from the mobile install page.

Disabling the feature retains the saved app-specific knowledge but makes Agent Assistant unavailable to users. Content must also pass platform validation; follow the page message if saving fails.

Pre-Publish Check

  1. Save the content and open the app's current install URL;
  2. Check text, image order, articles, videos, and links on both desktop and mobile;
  3. Make sure the page does not expose test credentials, internal URLs, keys, or personal information;
  4. If content is missing, inspect download status, install method, language, and historical-build options under Settings → App Settings.

See Download and Share for install URLs and QR codes.
