App Management
App Expiration and Renewal
How Pgyer app validity works and how to renew an expired app to restore downloads.
Every app uploaded to Pgyer has a validity period. Within it, the app is downloadable; past it, the app moves to the Expired state — users can't download it, but the app's data on Pgyer is retained. The app list shows an expiration notice for affected apps.
Default Validity
An app's validity depends on the publisher's account tier. See the Pgyer pricing page for specifics.
Restoring Downloads
Dashboard V2 displays the expired state. Available recovery actions depend on the account plan and the controls currently shown:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Dashboard V2 renewal | If Renew is shown, follow the current prompts |
| Legacy Dashboard | If V2 has no renewal action, choose Legacy Dashboard from the account menu and manage the expired app there |
| Upload a new version | Use this only when the page explicitly says a new build restores availability |
Renewal Steps
- Confirm that the app list or Overview page shows Expired;
- If Renew appears, select it and follow the current prompts;
- If no renewal action appears, switch to Legacy Dashboard from the account menu and locate the renewal action there;
- Reopen the install page afterwards and verify that downloading works.
Do not rely on an old screenshot to locate renewal. Validity, pricing, and recovery options can vary by plan; use the current pricing page and account dashboard.
